Freight Forwarder / Account Manager – £30K-£45K basic + Industry Leading Bonus Structure

A successful, growing multi-site forwarder is looking for a Freight key Account Manager to join their vibrant team. The company offer an unrivalled working environment with extensive freedom and a great culture.
The successful candidate will be able to generate their own business in any mode (Sea, Air or European Road) of freight they desire and look after their clients’ needs from start to finish.

The Package:
Freight Forwarder/ Account Manager
£30K – £45K basic- depending on experience
Impressive bonus structure based on GP only
Wide choice of company car.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
30 days holiday including banks. Rising to 38!
Flexible working hours where needed
Company pension
The Role:
The candidate would also be able to cost, quote and operate their cargo with whichever suppliers they desire.
Using their own entrepreneurial skills however they think best, pursuing their preferred options to maximise their skills and thereby generate reasonable profits for the company
Requirements:
Full Start to finish operation experience in Either; Road, Air or Sea Freight. This can be Import or Export.
Key account experience, sales experience or a desire to get into sales.
