We are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Ocean Export Coordinator to join our team for a 4 on 4 off night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the export of goods via ocean freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers

Main Duties:

• Coordinate and monitor ocean export shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Prepare and process shipping documentation in compliance with international regulations
• Communicate with carriers, agents, and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve any issues
• Track and report shipment status to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any shipment-related issues
• Continuously monitor and optimize export processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ocean export coordination or a similar logistics role
• Familiarity with ocean freight operations and international shipping regulations
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including MS Office and logistics management platforms
• Knowledge of customs regulations and export compliance is a plus
