MEP Project Manager – Small Works
Market-Leading design and build contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small works mechanical packages (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-known name in the mechanical contracting world, to take ownership of projects with full autonomy
This is a site-based position that will be mainly working on projects in London and the surrounding area
Package:
- Salary £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
- £7,000 car allowance
- Site and home based
- Net profit bonus
- 33 days holiday
Requirements:
- Formal engineering qualifications – diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or similar
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical installations
- Knowledge of heating and ventilation
- Have a decent knowledge of controls, plumbing and electrical installations
- Able to produce and work with RAMS
- Able to cost control a project (ordering, keeping track of extras, invoicing, negotiating, etc)
