Our client who won an award for Top Employer 2024 is looking for a candidate with freight forwarding experience in European Road Freight.

The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and experience in nurturing customer relationships to maximise business.

Main Duties:
- Maintain relationships with client’s business.
- Develop reliable and cost-effective European services with suppliers and administer job cards and booking confirmation when required.
- Create Freight quotations for Import and Export shipments.
- Raise all operational documentation including customs clearance formalities.
- Ensure completion of consignments by monitoring from collection to delivery.
- Maintain job files and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of freight forwarding experience.
- Good level of communication.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
