We’re looking for an experienced Import Coordinator – Sea Freight to manage ocean import shipments end-to-end, delivering exceptional service while working with international partners and a diverse customer base.

The Role

• Manage FCL and LCL ocean imports from origin through to final delivery.
• Coordinate overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and customers.
• Arrange customs clearance, documentation and deliveries.
• Track shipments, resolve operational challenges and keep customers informed.
• Handle supplier invoices, customer billing and compliance requirements.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years’ ocean import experience within freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs and end-to-end operations.
• Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a busy team.
