Our client is a market-leading Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor delivering complex projects across the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial and Mission Critical sectors.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple high-value projects across Dublin and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services projects across Commercial, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Mission Critical sectors.
• Take overall responsibility for project performance, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement project budgets, cost plans and delivery strategies across multiple projects.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to Project Managers, Site Managers and project delivery teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support commercial teams in the management of contract costs, variations, procurement and financial reporting.
• Review project performance, resource allocation and programme delivery to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company procedures and industry best practice.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership on programme, commercial and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, planning, procurement and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and manage procurement strategies and material schedules to support project timelines and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience within Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or Construction environments.
• Proven experience operating at Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Regional Project Manager level.
• Strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with full responsibility for programme, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
• Experience delivering projects within Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial or Mission Critical sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, cost control, contract administration and project reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
