Our client is a leading Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor delivering high-profile Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial and Mission Critical projects across Ireland.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their team in Dublin.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site-based mechanical operations, coordinating labour and subcontractors, ensuring programme targets are achieved, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical Building Services installations across large-scale construction projects.
- Lead and manage direct labour teams, subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and on programme.
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly site activities in line with project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and senior management team.
- Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials to support efficient project delivery.
- Manage procurement requirements and oversee the ordering of materials and equipment.
- Ensure all mechanical installations are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Enforce Health, Safety and Environmental (EHS) requirements and promote a strong safety culture across site teams.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor performance, productivity and workmanship.
- Attend project meetings and contribute to planning, progress reporting and project delivery strategies.
- Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
Requirements
- Strong Mechanical Services background with experience in Building Services and M&E construction.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Foreman or similar leadership role.
- Previous experience delivering Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Data Centre or Mission Critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Building Services, HVAC, Pipework and MEP installations.
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects to tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive productivity on-site.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting systems.
