A leading supplier and installer of refrigeration and air conditioning solutions delivering energy-efficient cooling systems across Ireland. This company provides a broad range of HVAC and Refrigeration Services including air conditioning, chillers and CO₂ refrigeration systems. With a strong reputation within the food and retail sectors, the business combines technical expertise with high-quality service delivery and long-standing customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
Coordinate service schedules, engineer workloads, and resource allocation across multiple customer sites
Lead and support service teams while monitoring performance, quality, and compliance standards
Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Oversee service documentation, reporting, and budget management to support profitable service delivery
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Package:
€58,000 – €65,000 per annum

What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in a Service Manager or Service Supervisor role within refrigeration or HVAC
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration, air conditioning, and energy-efficient systems
Experience managing engineers, service delivery, and operational performance
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment
