As a Customer Service Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact to clients, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally. You’ll liaise with the transport planning and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner
- Updating customers on delivery status, resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Coordinating with drivers and transport planners to monitor daily schedules
- Processing bookings, inputting data into transport management system
- Investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies or complaints
- Maintaining accurate records of communication and service activity
