Salary: Up to £34,000 + Bonus + Annual Profit Share
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times
Hybrid Working: 1 day from home per week

The Role

You’ll coordinate day-to-day import and export shipments, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multimodal freight shipments from start to finish
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and overseas offices
• Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational queries
• Processing client invoices and supplier costs within agreed KPIs
• Maintaining high service standards and identifying process improvements

About You

• Previous freight forwarding operations experience
• Understanding of import and export procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Customer-focused, proactive and solutions-driven approach
• Ability to manage workloads and build strong working relationships
