A fast-growing global logistics and supply chain organization is looking for an experienced Global Key Account Specialist to support and expand strategic customer relationships across the U.S. and international markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven logistics professional with strong customer management experience across air freight, ocean freight, and domestic transportation solutions. You’ll play a key role in account growth, client retention, pricing support, and delivering high-level supply chain solutions for major commercial accounts.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong client partnerships, and can work cross-functionally with operational and commercial teams both domestically and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic key customer accounts
• Build long-term client relationships and support account growth initiatives
• Lead customer business reviews and performance meetings
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new revenue opportunities
• Coordinate and support RFI/RFQ and pricing submissions
• Partner closely with operations, pricing, and international teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
• Monitor service performance, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Resolve customer issues proactively while maintaining exceptional service levels
• Support continuous improvement and account retention strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or supply chain
• Strong understanding of international and domestic transportation services including air, ocean, and ground freight
• Proven background in key account management or customer solutions
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable traveling periodically throughout the U.S. and internationally as needed
